Rationale: Originally, the last vocal on this list was going to exist T.I.'s "Whatsoever You Like" because I'm determined that it volition play at my wedding one day (I'one thousand not kidding), only "Sea of Love" is too romantic to pass up. With minimal instrumentation, Cat Power delivers a brief but heartfelt love alphabetic character whose genius lies in its profound simplicity. x/10.
